Unique codes auto-generated for each stay and available on the digital welcome booklet

Igloohome users can manage their accommodations directly from our Yaago application and PIN codes are auto-generated and sent automatically to travelers. The advantage is that the codes are unique to each stay and are present directly on the Yaago digital welcome booklet.

In addition to that, the code is directly written into the digital welcome booklet, the host simply needs to link their Igloohome account in Yaago to use the automated Igloohome service and for it to be added to the digital booklet.

Sending automatic messages with the code

As a host, you can send automatic messages with the auto-generated pin code to your travelers. The code can only be sent if the deposit is validated, and if the host has the Swikly service connected to Yaago. In this case, the pin code will not be sent.

Save time when arriving and departing

A solution that we offer to our users of the platform: saving time when travelers arrive and leave during check-in and check-out is a real added value by offering an autonomous arrival. Who doesn't want to save time on this task? Upon arrival, the traveller has the auto-generated code entered directly in their welcome booklet in the “Required Information” section. So he simply has to consult it and open the door of his vacation rental with this code. There is then no waste of time on the hosting provider's side. No need to be on site to give and collect the keys to your home.

Yaago's tip: Create your video user guide in your digital booklet

In order to allow travelers to know how to use the connected lock, the host can create a guide where he writes how to open the connected solution, in particular using a video.

Automate the management of your stays safely

Following the previous advantage, knowing that there is no key handover, this automates the management of stays safely. It is true that sometimes, when the host is not present when the guest arrives, we have all already had this experience: “I will not be able to be there when you arrive, I put the keys in the flower pot on the right of the door for you to settle in”. Unfortunately, we are not immune to key theft or burglary!
